Detailed Description

A "Command" event has a 'command' and 'argument' string.

Usually generated by the console or a similar text based widget that recognizes a set of commands. When a string is split, the first word is the "command" and all that follows is the "arg". If the widget recognized the command - it is in the "command list" - recognized will be set to "true".
